Eighteen students of the Business Training Centre are expected to become the first recipients of the Caribbean Examinations Council’s new Caribbean Targeted Education Certificate (CTEC) when the 2026 examination results are released in August.
The announcement was made by Local CXC Registrar Magalie Celestine during BTC’s 2026 graduation ceremony, where she highlighted some benefits of the new qualification.
