Portsmouth MP Ian Douglas optimistic Ross University will resume operations

Parliamentary Representative for the Portsmouth Constituency Ian Douglas is optimistic that Ross University School of Medicine will resume operations in early 2019. The University relocated to the United States following the passage of Hurricane Maria. Douglas says the Government is in negotiations with Ross University to address their concerns.  Read More
