Senior Environmental Health Officer Carlmar Louis is reporting a few suspected cases of dengue fever in Dominica. She says the Environmental Health Department has put systems in place to guard against the mosquito borne disease. The Caribbean Public Health Agency (CARPHA) has warned the region to be on the lookout for dengue fever.  Read More
