Chief executive officer of the Climate Resilience Execution agency for Dominica CREAD , Francine Baron has praised the countries push towards resilience.

Dominica embarked on a program to become the world’s first climate resilient country , following the ravages of hurricane maria in 2O17.
Miss Baron says a number of targets are set for the year 2O3O.
