The organizers of the 2O23 YACHTING festival at Portsmouth say, the event has been a major success and is contributing to the economy of the area.
The Yachting festival which climaxes on Sunday is organized by the Portsmouth Association of Yacht services, PAYS and Discover Dominica Authority.
