5 contestants have been launched for Miss OECS Pageant at Windsor Park Stadium.

Dominica’s Ambassador to the OECS and CARICOM, Dr Gerald Jean Jacques, says the Miss OECS pageant should be encouraged as the event that advances regional integration.

Five participants will compete at Windsor Park Stadium on Friday evening for the Miss OECS title.

The 5 contestants for the MISS OECS pageant are Miss Dominica Tanisha Balson, Kia Kirwan of Antigua and Barbuda, Ariel Bushay of Anguilla, Donyelle Hodge of the British Virgin Islands, and Dahvana Providence of St Vincent and the Grenadines.

Reigning Miss OECS is Kyanna Dyer of Dominica.

The theme of the competition is crowning radiance, embracing unity.
