Prime Minister Roosevelt Skerrit says that Cabinet played no role in the final approval of the list of farmers who received financial assistance from the 18 million dollar World Bank Program.
Mr. Skerrit told Kairi FM that Cabinet took a deliberate decision not to be part of the process.
His comments in light of claims from the opposition of Government interference in the matter.
Mr Skerrit says any farmer who has concerns with the assistance should take the matter to the Ministry of Agriculture.
