A call to rally around W.I cricket team

West Indies One Day International (ODI) captain Shai Hope is calling on the people of the region to keep rallying behind the team as they look to build on the legacy which has been created.

Hope says while he understands the disappointment following West Indies defeat against the Netherlands, the team is looking to bounce back in their remaining matches of the ICC Men’s Cricket World Cup Qualifier.

West Indies will next play Scotland on Saturday 1st July.

And West Indies white ball coach Darren Sammy says the loss against the Netherlands is a true reflection of where West Indies cricket is.
