Cultural consultant Sobers Esprit has called for a pension scheme for cultural workers and artists.
His call came during a special program on DBS radio last night to pay tribute to the late Cletus Hallibut Abraham the cadence lypso icon who passed at the weekend.

Mr Esprit says a review of the Cultural Ambassador program should also be considered.
He has recommended that cultural workers should pay social security contributions.
