A 23-year-old Police officer from Bense has been remanded at the Dominica State Prison, pending a bail application, becoming the six person and the fourth officer charged in connection with the death of 16-year-old Jerbiah Paul.
Patrick Bethelmie Jr. appeared before the Roseau Magistrates’ Court this morning, charged with perverting the course of justice and possession of ammunition.
