President of the Dominica Reparations Committee, Dr. Damien Dublin is supporting sentiments that a structure should be named after the late Dr. Alwin Bully.

Dr. Dublin says Dr. Bully’s contribution to arts and culture is unchallenged.

Dr. Bully was accorded an official funeral on Wednesday.
