A student of North East Comprehensive School has excelled in the sports division at the secondary schools’ track and field meet at Benjamin Park in Portsmouth.
Daniel Thomas broke four records and won 5 gold medals.
In all, 14 records were broken over the two days. The competition was won by Portsmouth secondary school, but it was Thomas who had the biggest impact on the competition.
