A teacher from the north, John Christopher, charged with causing the death of 68-year-old Pottersville resident Joan Avis Robinson by dangerous driving, is now on trial at the High Court.
On Monday, a nine-member jury comprising four men and five women was empanelled before Justice Sejilla McDowall to hear the case.
