Dominica registered its first gold medal at the 5th ALBA Games in Venezuela when the Domino team of Lisa Boston & Yarilys Diaz teamed up to win the Domino female pairs competition Thursday night.
The two ladies beat the other Venezuelan pairs into second and third place. The other Dominican team in the competition of Jane Remie & Sandra Robin came fourth.
Lisa Boston says she feels proud to have won Gold for Dominica.
