43 years after disturbances in Roseau which led to the death of Philip Timothy outside Government headquarters, former member of the Dominica defense force, captain Malcolm Reid has spoken on the matter.
Mr. Reid spoke to DISCOVERIES last night and said the defense force was not responsible for the death of Philip Timothy during the demonstration in Roseau.
