An Attorney at Law has been appointed as Finland’s new Honorary Counsel in Dominica.
Heather Felix Evans replaces former Cabinet Secretary Julian Johnson who served for seven years.
Felix Evans took up the position officially at a ceremony, which was held at the Fort Young Hotel on Monday night.
