Secretary General of the Commonwealth of Nations Hon. Baroness Patricia Scotland KC says corruption and sexual violence are areas being addressed by the Commonwealth.
The Commonwealth secretary general delivered the keynote address at The 35TH conference of the Caribbean Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors at Portsmouth this past Monday.
