Building Sector Training and capacity OECS Building Code Active

A training of trainer’s program aimed at strengthening the capacity of the building sector to implement the OECS Building Code is underway.

The 3-day training forms part of the World Bank’s Caribbean Physical and Financial Resilience technical assistance project.

Permanent Secretary In The Ministry Of Housing Dr. Kyra Paul says this training is a lined with government’s goal to build resiliency in the housing sector.

The training is being held in collaboration with the Ministry of Housing and Urban Development and the Climate Resilience Execution Agency for Dominica (CREAD).
