Chief Elections Officer of the Commonwealth of Dominica, Ms. Anthea Joseph has been selected as part of a ten-member CARICOM Election Observation Mission to observe the General Elections of St. Vincent & the Grenadines.
Elections in St. Vincent & the Grenadines are due on November 27th this week.
