The new Chief Executive Officer of the Climate Resilience Execution Agency of
Dominica, CREAD, shot down charges that the body has taken over some major
responsibilities of Government.
Francine Baron said CREAD, a creature which was created by Parliament, operates
in partnership with various Ministries and its work is approved by Government.
