Customs dept. launches new digital platform aimed at ease of service

Dominica’s customs department has launched a new digital platform to make it easier to conduct business at the port.

Trade Stream will allow people to apply for their licenses, permits and certificates related to imports and exports.
Finance Minister Dr Irving McIntrye told the launch of TRADE STREAM this morning,  the ground breaking initiative is another first for Dominica in the OECS.

Vincent Christmas is acting comptroller of Customs and excise department.
