Former Calypso Monarch, Daddy Chess has added yet another accolade to his growing list of achievements after capturing the Stardom Monarch of the Tent title at the Realm earlier last night.
Daddy Chess outperformed 17 other calypsonians to secure the crown, delivering a commanding rendition of his popular track “Roof Leaking.”
His performance earned him top honours ahead of Mystery, who finished in second place. Tasha P claimed third, while Kalfa P rounded off the top four positions.
The victory comes just days before Daddy Chess competes in the 2026 Calypso Monarch finals on Saturday, further strengthening his momentum heading into the highly anticipated showdown.
