In the headlines: The agreement for 3 major hotels establishments in Dominica have been signed under the Citizenship by Investment Program; St. Kitts Prime Minister Dr. Timothy Harris has commenced legal action against former Prime Minister Dr. Denzil Douglas and Russian President Vladimir Putin says he has grounds to believe Russia and United States could strike a loing awaited deal on Syria within days.
