In the headlines: The privy council to determine by November the final amount owed to chattered accountant Kieron Pinard Bryne in defamation matter against Opposition Leader Lennox Linton; Bryne has estimated the amount to be 70,000 pounds and Haiti begins three days of mourning for victims of Hurricane Matthew and US Presidential candidates Donald Trump and Hilary Clinton Trade insults and attacks in second debate last night.
