A recipient of the 2O25 National Day Award says the delay in commissioning the Arawak House of Culture is impacting negatively on the arts in Dominica.
Anita Bully of the Alwin Bully Foundation says a proper venue for the arts is needed urgently. She says the staging of the play STREAK during the independence was affected.
Mrs Bully also stated that a workshop for children on preserving the traditional costume is expected soon.
