Deputy Governor of the Eastern Caribbean Central Bank Dr Valda Henry has told the 18th biennial convention of the Dominica Association of Teachers that teachers are the drivers of transformation in the education system.
Dr Henry delivered the feature address at the convention at Goodwill Parish Hall this morning.
