The Dominica Export Import Agency (DEXIA) has received $5 million dollars from Government to facility earlier payments to farmers.
The agreement for the establishment of the Agriculture Produce Procurement facility was signed between the Ministries of Trade and Agriculture this morning.
Meantime , Minister of Finance Dr. Irving McIntyre says the signing of the Memorandum of Understanding will help increase Dominica’s export trade.
