The Dominica Football Association (DFA) is mourning the passing of Cecil Peters, a longstanding and dedicated member of its Disciplinary Committee.
In a statement, the Association extended sincere condolences to Peters’ family, friends, and the wider football community, acknowledging his years of committed service to the sport in Dominica.
