A new Climate Change Awareness Campaign has been launched in Dominica.
Beat the Clock, aims to create a greater sense of urgency among Dominicans about the impact of climate change.
The Campaign is part of a project organised by the Japan- Caribbean Climate Change Partnership (JCCCP). The JCCP which is funded by the Government of Japan brings together policymakers and experts to encourage policy innovation for climate change technology incubation and diffusion.
Annie Edwards is a member of the local steering committee for the JCCCP.
Claudine Roberts of the JCCCP National Focal Point, United Nations Development Program (UNDP) says Eight countries will participate in the project.
