General Manager of the Dominica Water and Sewage Company DOWASCO Bernard Ettinoffe says a United Kingdom Government investment of 10-12 million pounds to upgrade water systems in Dominica is timely.
The funds are to be made available over the next few weeks.
Mr. Ettinoffe says Government’s contribution towards the development of water systems should not go unnoticed.
Meantime Mr. Ettinoffe says the water restoration program will be completed by the end of March.
