Dominica will soon have a new Director General at the Red Cross Society

Dominica will soon have a new Director General at the Dominica Red Cross Society.

The previous Director was Kathleen Pinard Byrne who held that position for several years.

Interim Director at the Dominica Red Cross Society is Jamaican Dr. Jaslin Salmon.

Dr. Salmon says he is currently in Dominica to restructure and reorganize the Society to allow for integration into post Hurricane Maria recovery.

 

Dr. Salmon, who is carded to be in Dominica for six months, says he will also assist in the selection of a new Director.
