President of the Dominica Association of Evangelical Churches Pastor Randy Rodney has called on the population to exercise civility as Dominica embarks on electoral reform.
His call came last night during the ongoing consultation on electoral reform at the State House Conference Centre.
Pastor Rodney says unity is needed to see the process through.
Meantime, former Prime Minister Edison James has welcomed consultation in Dominica on the Sir Dennis Byron report.
He says however the Sir Dennis report on electoral reform is not a first for Dominica.
