Dominica’s Ambassador to Venezuela and National Coordinator of ALBA Dr. Philbert has confirmed that he will not be renewing his contract.
Dr Aaron spoke to the media on Friday.
He said the moment was bittersweet.
Meantime Dr Aaron dismissed speculation that he is taking up a new position abroad.
