Minister responsible for Health, Cassani Laville, says there is no place to hide in Dominica for perpetrators of child abuse.
His comments came following an open letter which is circulating, pointing to allegations of harassment against a 12-year-old girl.
Mr Laville says support is needed for families who experience these unfortunate matters.
