Dominica’s hotel room stock is expected to increase this week, as the OCEAN OASIS hotel opens its doors in Castle Comfort on Friday with a grand ceremony.
Floyd Capitolen is the owner of the OCEAN OASIS hotel.
Mr. Capitolen says the development of the new OCEAN OASIS hotel should serve as inspiration for other young Dominicans to pursue their dreams.
