Dominica’s Minister for Immigration, Senator Rayburn Blackmoore has assumed the chairmanship of the Council of Ministers of Immigration of the OECS.
The Ministers are meeting in Dominica today to discuss challenges of immigration in the sub region.
Mr. Blackmoore told the opening ceremony of the meeting, while the OECS has realised success with integration, there are challenges to be addressed.
Meantime, OECS Director General Dr. Didacus Jules says the OECS should be proud with its efforts at integration.
