Dominica’s Planning Minister Dr. Collin McIntyre has called on players in the Construction Sector to not take shortcuts, as the demand for their services increases.
Dr. McIntyre made thee remarks during a certificate presentation ceremony to builders, contractors, architects, tradesmen and homeowners who have been trained by Engineers without Borders and the United Nationals Development Program.
Close to 296 builders, contractors, tradesmen and homeowners participated in the training which was organized by the Ministry of Planning.
