President of Dominica, His Excellency Charles Savarin has called for an end to the war between Russia and Ukraine.
His call came during a ceremony at his office this morning in which new Russian Ambassador to Dominica, his excellency Sergei Petrovitch presented his letter of credence.
Meantime , Ambassador Petrovitch says he will use his office to help deepen relations between Dominica and Russia
