DOMLEC’s Engineering, Transmission & Distribution Manager Daryl Dalrymple says the power outage experienced last evening was due to a fault within the DOMLEC system, rather than an issue related to the geothermal plant.
Several communities across the island, including Roseau and its surrounding areas, faced power outages shortly after 8:00 PM yesterday.
Dalrymple made this statement today.
