General Manager of the Dominica Water and Sewage Company DOWASCO Bernard Ettinoffe says the Company is determined to restore water to all communities in the aftermath of Hurricane Maria.
Mr. Ettinofe says DOWASCO has not relented in its efforts to achieve its goal.
He says the Company is however facing a few challenging water systems.
