The Dominica Electricity Services, DOMLEC, is reporting that the ongoing dry season is negatively impacting the company’s generating system capacity.
Generation Manager at DOMLEC Dave Stamp says the hydro and diesel generating units have been affected.
Stamp says DOMLEC is putting measures in place to better manage the situation.
