The Dominica Solid Waste Management Corporation is stepping up efforts to sensitise the pubic on environmental protection.
New initiatives in this regard will see the erection of billboards across the island among other measures, according to General Manager of the Dominica Solid Waste Management Corporation Florian Mitchell, who spoke of the developments on Talking Point this morning.
Mitchell says the Corporation will also embark on a campaign to assess the volume of litter on island.
