Electoral Commission Embarks on National ID Card Sensitization Program

The Electoral Commission is taking another step towards the implementation of National ID Cards.

The commission is embarking on an outreach program to sensitize the public on the enrollment process.

Press Education Officer at the Electoral Commission, Pearl Fontaine-Butler says National ID cards are expected to be used in the next general elections.

She also says the confirmation process will allow the electoral commission to clean up the voters list.
