Interim president of the electoral Reform coalition Loftus Durand has denied statements that this afternoons rally on electoral reform is aimed at creating violence in Roseau.
Durand says there is justification for the gathering , as electoral reform is long overdue. Durand is hoping that Dominicans will assemble to voice their opinion on electoral reform.
