Electoral reform report independent and impartial states Sir Dennis

Former President of the Caribbean Court of Justice Sir Dennis Byron says his report on electoral reform for Dominica, is independent and impartial.

Sir Dennis was contracted by Government to make recommendations for electoral reform in Dominica.

The report has been submitted to Government and the first set of public consultations on the report will begin on August 14th.

Sir Dennis is encouraging the stakeholders in Dominica to be constructive as they deliberate on his proposals for electoral reform.
