Foreign Affairs Minister Dr. Vince Henderson says the ruling Dominica Labour Party believes electoral reform should make it easier for Dominicans to be given the right to vote.
His comments come as a series of consultations on electoral reform enter the second week today.
Meantime leader of the opposition Jesmar Paul Victor says electoral reform for Dominica should result in free and fair elections.
She says there are some vexing issues which have hindered the electoral process
