Former DBS Manager Mariette Warrington to Take Matter to CCJ

The Eastern Caribbean Court of Appeal has given former DBS manager, Mariette Warrington the green-light to take a matter to the Caribbean Court of Justice , against DBS.

Miss Warrington was already on course to go to the Caribbean Court of Justice , to challenge the termination of her employment in 2O1O , but she was due to pay $1O , OOO.

However she filed an application asking to the court to vary its previous order since she is a poor person.

The court has agreed to reduce the amount from $1O ,OOO to 1OOO.

Senior Counsel Tony Astaphan who represents DBS says his team has not objected to the request of Miss Warrington

Warrington is represented by Attorney Cara Shillingford.
