Former Grandfond school principal adds his voice to debate on electoral reform

Former principal of the Grandfond Primary School Solomon Pascal has called for an amendment to the legislation to give Dominicans the right to vote in spite of the length of time they remain  abroad.

Mr. Pascal says the proposal by Sir Dennis Byron for Dominicans abroad to spend time at home to vote in the elections needs to be reviewed.
