Former Public Relations Officer of the United Workers Party Steve Benjamin says a voter ID card must be included in electoral reform measures for Dominica.
Benjamin made the statement during the consultation on electoral reform at North East Comprehensive School last week.
Meantime, former Minister for Culture Roslyn Paul is recommending a national ID card for Dominica.
