Former sports administrator Felix Gregoire is appealing to members of the public to support a fundraising drive aimed at assisting former national Under-15 football captain Chance Marshall.
Marshall was left temporarily paralysed following a motor vehicle accident last year and is currently in need of financial support for his recovery.
As part of the fundraising efforts, a charity football match has been organised for Sunday at the Dominica Football Association (DFA) Technical Centre.
Gregoire, who recently lost his son Hanniff Gregoire to cancer, stressed the importance of community support during difficult times, urging the public to come out and lend a helping hand.
The matches will get underway from 4pm on Sunday.
